Sugar Beach is a gated community with two gates. One gate on Thomas Drive and one gate on Joan Avenue.
Parking Passes must be obtained at the Sugar Beach front office (Mon-Friday 9-5pm) as soon as possible after arrival.
Lucky for us (and you), the parking situation at Sugar Beach is great! You can park very close to the unit and walk right in!
